Bhuragarh Fort




Built by Raja Guman Singh in the 17th century, Bhuragarh Fort is situated across the Ken River, in Banda. A unique feature of this fort is that it is built with brown stones.

A historical edifice, this fort was a main center at the time of freedom struggle. It witnessed the death of over 800 patriots.

A fair named Natbali Ka Mela is organized here annually.
