Trishna Wildlife Sanctuary




Trishna Wildlife Sanctuary is located about 100 km from Agartala in Belonia sub-division of South Tripura District, Tripura.

It spans over 194 sq km and has a number of perennial water rivulets, water bodies and grassland. The main attraction of this sanctuary is the Bison. In addition, the sanctuary is home to resident and migratory birds. Two watchtowers are erected to view the natural beauties of this wildlife sanctuary.

The sanctuary is 18 km from Belonia town.
