Dakshin Srinagar




Dakshin Srinagar is a gram panchayat in the western side of Satchand block of South Tripura District. It is surrounded by Srinagar in the north, Amlighat in the south and Dasarath Nagar in the east. The area population is approximately 1,000. Pilak, Lungthung, and Trishna Wildlife Sanctuary are tourist interests in the region. The place can be easily approached from Sabroom (a prominent town on the National Highway 44), Manu Bazar and Belonia. Udaipur, the district headquarters, is around 60 km north.
