Srirangam Junction Railway Station is an important station in Tiruchirapalli District. It is linked to the main destinations by metre gauge line. This railhead is on the Tiruchirapalli-Chennai rail route. The station is located at a short distance from the famous temple, Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple (at Srirangam).
