Pachal

Pachal is situated in Thiruvannamalai District of Tamil Nadu. This place,about 16 km west of Thiruvannamalai, is on the National Highway 66 connecting Thiruvannamalai and Krishnagiri. Chengam is 15 km west, Kariyamangalam is 11 km west, Kadaladi is 15 km north and Tandarambattu is 11 km south.

Sathanur Dam is in close proximity to Pachal. Other interesting spots in the neighborhood include Arunachaleswarar Thirukoil, Sri Ramana Ashram, Sri Seshadri Swamigal Ashram and Yogi Ram Surathkumar Ashram.

Thiruvannamalai Railway Station is the nearest rail access point. Salem Airport is 107 km south-west.
