Kuvattur

Kuvattur is located in Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu. This place is 23 km east of Madurantakam and 14 km north of Cheyyur. The main attraction is Chidambareshwaraswamy Temple.

The 400-year-old Dutch fort at Sadras is 10 km north. Cheyyur Shiva Temple and Adi Parasakthi Temple at Melmaruvathur are accessible from here. Lathur, Kodur and Vasavasamudram are only a short distance from Kuvattur.

Kuvattur is 27 km south of Mahabalipuram, the UNESCO Certified World Heritage site. Chennai International Airport and Madurantakam Railway Station are the major access points.
