Naan

Naan is one of the most loved Indian breads, made with enriched white flour. This Indian leavened bread is traditionally baked in a flaming charcoal clay oven. The main ingredients are flour, milk, yogurt, oil and salt. It is served with an Indian curry as accompaniment. Naan is also used to wrap seasoned grilled meats, seafood or vegetables. It should be served hot and eaten immediately.
