Black Headed Oriole

Black Headed Oriole (Oriolus larvatus) has a characteristic black head, yellow and green body, and red eyes and bill. Diet mainly consists of nectar and insects. It inhabits coastal and riverine bush, woodland, forest edge, plantations and gardens.

The bird can be spotted in the Anamalai Wildlife Sanctuary, Tamil Nadu.
