Kattumannarkoil

Kattumannarkoil is a small settlement lying about 25 km from Chidambaram in Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu. Srimushnam, Muttam, Bhuvanagiri, Tiruvahindrapuram Temple and Sirkazhi are nearby. Covering an area of about 20 sq km, Kattumannarkoil is the birthplace of Saint Nadhamuni, a celebrated Vaishnava. Veeranarayana Perumal Temple and Kattumannar Koil, dedicated to Nadhamuni and Alavandhar are the prime attractions.
