Arulmigu Subramanyaswami Temple

Vayaloor Arulmigu Subramanyaswami Temple lies at Kumara Vayaloor near Kuzhumani Village in Tiruchirapalli District. It is one of the famous temples dedicated to Lord Karthik, one of the forms of Lord Muruga. Kandarshashti, the annual festival, is celebrated in a grand manner during October -November.

The temple is about 12 km from Tiruchirapalli. Tiruchirapalli Airport is 7 km south of city center. Tiruchirapalli is an important railhead of the Southern Railway.
