Anbil

Koyiladi

Anbil, also known as Koyiladi, is located about 10 km from Lalgudi, near Tiruchirapalli, in Tamil Nadu. This sacred place lies on the northern bank of the Kollidam River. Anbil is famous for Vadivazhagiya Nambi Temple, one of the 108 Divya Desams in the state. Another point of attraction is the Satyavageeswarar Temple, one of the Shivasthalam in Tamil Nadu. Lalgudi Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
