Rathong Glacier




Rathong Glacier, near Kanchenjunga, the third highest peak in the world, is in West Sikkim District. River Rangit - a major tributary of River Teesta - originates from this glacier. The glacier is an ideal trekking base. The Chaurithang falls is at the Rathong Glacier. The Goecha Pass is also nearby.
