Sirohi

Sirohi is a town in south-west Rajasthan and stands on the western slopes of Sarawan Hill. The region is flourished by the western Banas River and tributaries of the Luni and Sukri rivers. It was founded in the early 15th century and remained as the capital of the former princely state of Sirohi. Udaipur is around 50 km south-east of Sirohi.

Sirohi is an agricultural market and a handicraft-metalwork center reputed for its manufacture of knives, daggers, and sword blades. A Jain temple of Adinath is a major tourist attraction. Mount Abu, 50 km south, is a major tourist attraction.

Sirohi Road Railway Station is 23 km from city center. The National Highway 14 passes through Sirohi.
