Hadda




Hadda is a desert town in Jaisalmer District of Rajasthan. The nearest town is Sadhan, 6 km to the north. This small town is bounded by Ramgarh (16 km) to the west, Sanu (20 km) to the south and Khinyan (23 km) to the east.

Jaisalmer, the district headquarters, is around 28 km to the south. Gadi Sagar Tank, built in the 14th century, is an important venue of Gangaur Festival.

The other important places of tourist interest include Sonar Quila, Jaisalmer Fort, Gadsisar Lake and Tazia Tower.

Camel Safari can also be enjoyed.

The roads are the main means of access to Hadda. Jaisalmer Railway Station and Jaisalmer Airport are the nearest railway station and airport respectively.
