Bundi




Bundi is a small picturesque town with a good panache and rustic charm. This place is famous for its forts, palaces, intricate paintings, and murals. Bundi comprises several interesting historic sites including the Chitra Shala, Phool Sagar Palace, Sukh Mahal, Shikar Burj, Rani ki Bari, Nawal Sagar, Raniji-ki-Baori, Shikar Burj, and Sar Bagh. Bundi is surrounded by the Aravalli hills on three sides and is circumscribed by a massive wall with four gateways.

The nearest airport is at Jaipur. Bundi is easily approachable by road from Kota (40 km), Jaipur (60 km) and from other major cities. For getting around the town, tongas and rickshaws are available.
