Kansua Shiva Temple is an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva

. This 8th century temple enshrines a four-faced
made of black stone. Another Shivlinga installed on a platform has about 1000 small Shivlingas engraved on it.
As per the rock inscriptions in Kutila script, found on one of its walls, the temple was built by Shivgun, a Brahman King. References about this place have been found in Sakunthalam.
Kansua Shiva Temple has great resemblance to
Shitaleshwara Temple at Chandrabhaga in architecture.
