, Jadan Ashram, established by Swami Mahesvarananda, strives to promote the ancient Indian science of yoga and the invaluable spiritual treasures of Vedic culture.
The ashram is a large complex and is spread over an area of 250 acres. A unique feature is that the central building is erected in the shape of Aum (OM) - the most sacred symbol in the Hindu dharma. This structure is regarded as the largest of its kind in the world.
Yoga is carried out here and a system named 'Yoga in daily life' is devised to establish physical, mental, spiritual and social health.
