Bissau





Bissau, founded in the 18th century by Keshri Singh, is a small town situated in the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan. It has splendid chhatris of Thakurs and finely painted havelis. Raj ki Chhatri, Jai Narain Gopi Ram Tibrewal Haveli, Chandi Prasad sigatia Haveli, Budhar Mal Mertia Haveli, Girdhari Lal Sigatia Haveli, Bajrang Lal sigatia Haveli, Radhey Shyam Singhania Haveli, Satya Narain Banwari Lal Bagla Haveli, Ram Dayal Fatehpuria Haveli, Brij Mohan Kanodia Haveli, Temple of Venkat Bihari Ji, Temple of Narsingh Deo Ji and Niranjan Lal jai Dayal Kedia Haveli are the major tourist attractions. Bissau is around 12 km from Churu and 40 km from Jhunjhunu. Bissau is well-connected by trains with tourist towns such as Churu, Mahansar, Ramgarh, Fatehpur and Sikar.
