Tapa is a small town in
Sangrur District of
Punjab. It is located 19 km south-west of
Barnala and is around 2 hour drive from
Ludhiana.
Major attraction of Tapa is the Gurdwara Tibba Sahib Patshahi Nauvin, built in memory of the visit by Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib.
Nearest airport is at Ludhiana. Tapa Railway Station is situated on Nabha-Bathinda line of Northern Railways.
