Parvati River




A main tributary of Beas River, Parvati River rises from the snowy upstream of Manikaran on the foothills of the main Himalayan range in Kullu District. The glacier which feeds this river descends down from the steep southern slopes of the main Himalayas. It merges with Beas River at Shamshi in Kullu Valley.
