Mata Jainti Devi Temple

Mata Jainti Devi Temple is situated atop a hillock in Majrian Village in Rupnagar District of Punjab, about 15 km from Chandigarh. Built over 560 years ago, this ancient temple is devoted to Jainti Devi, widely known as �the goddess of victory�. An annual festival is celebrated here with great fervor during the months of January - February, drawing the attention of thousands of devotees.
