Conducted by the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Orissa (HRAO), the Puri Beach Festival delights the visitors and locals by its charm and fun loving spirit. The festival is held on the beautiful beachess of Puri in early November each year and has on stage performances ranging from fashion shows to rock shows.
