A holy place in the
Prachi valley, Manikarnika Teerth is the confluence of the rivers Prachi, Saraswati and Manikarnika. Though at present River Saraswati has lost its course, this place is thronged by hundreds of pilgrims to take a holy dip on Amavasya (moonless night) in the month of
Magha (January-February).
