Mahishasuramardini Temple is a highly revered shrine situated at Dekhala village in Balangir District of Orissa. It is an old temple dedicated to Mahishasuramardini . Here this eight-handed image is widely known as Chandi.
The temple built in Triratha style of architecture is now in a dilapidated state.
