Khallikote Jagannath Temple is situated at
Khallikote in
Ganjam District of
Orissa.
At the entrance, there are carvings of two lions on the gate. The main door at the front of the temple is guarded by Jaya and Vijaya. There is a small Tulasi (Vrinda devi) temple to the right and a shrine of Lord Krishna to the left of the walkway. The temple also houses a Garuda pillar along with the entrance hall, middle hall and the garbha griha. There is a mandapa in the temple, which is exclusively used for temple dances.
Nirmaljhar, a natural spring, located nearby is worth visiting.
