Daspalla is a taluk headquarters town in Nayagarh District of Orissa. It is famous for the Mahabir temple. The Lankapodi festival observed here, during Dussehra, draws a large number of devotees from far and near.
Baisipalli Wildlife Sanctuary, kuanria Dam and Kuanria Deer Park are the other interesting spots nearby.
