Sinemon Wildlife Sanctuary




Situated on the southern part of Mizoram in Lawngtlai District, Sinemon Wildlife Sanctuary covers an area of 143 sq km.

The important wild animals found in this sanctuary are tiger, elephant, hoolock gibbon, sambar, barking deer, leopard, wild boar, slow loris, binturong and varieties of birds.

Lawngtlai is about 296 km away from the state capital, Aizawl.
