Singad




Singad lies on State Highway 2, right on Yavatmal District’s western border with Washim District, in Maharashtra. It is located 17 km north-east of Pusad and about 11 km south-west of Digras.

Painganga Wildlife Sanctuary, Wan Sanctuary and Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary are popular wildlife haunts in the district. Chintamani of Kalamb, Shri Ranganath Swami Temple at Wani and Sahastrakund Waterfalls are the other tourist options. The Jain pilgrim site of Karanja and Shreekshetra Pohradevi are within easy access from Singad.

Nearest Airport: Sonegaon Airport at Nagpur.
