Narayan Peth




Narayan Peth is one among the famous areas located in Pune city, Maharashtra. It was established by Narayanrao Peshwa in 1773.

Major points of attraction here are Kesari Wada and Sambhaji Bridge (Lakadi Pool Bridge). Kesari Wada is the home of the Kesari newspaper started by the great freedom fighter and social reformer Bal Gangadhar Tilak. The peth also has a big stationery, printing and paper market.
