Methi Mutter Malai




Methi Mutter Malai is a very mild curry made with fresh fenugreek leaves, peas and khoya in a special sauce. This mildly spiced puree is very easy to make. This north Indian dish with a blend of peas, spinach, fenugreek, onions, cashew nuts, and spices can be enjoyed with rice, bread or both.
