Paratha

Made from maida flour and ghee, Paratha is soft and flaky bread which is somewhat more elaborate than Chappati or roti. It is pan-fried, multi-layered Indian flat bread, often stuffed with vegetables. It has become a national dish and is served throughout the nation and goes well with vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The most famous paratha varieties are Aloo Paratha, Mughlai Paratha and Tandoori Paratha.
