Netra Vasti is an ayurvedic treatment for reducing eye strain and stress. It provides a relaxing effect on the eyes and surrounding tissues. The treatment begins with a light facial massage, emphasizing the ayurvedic acupressure points around the eyes. After the massage organic dough rings are carefully placed around the eyes. Then the eyes are bathed in herbalized medicated ghee. It relieves tension and fatigue, improves eyesight and balances the nervous system.
