Majgaon is a small settlement lying towards the southern part of Sidhi District, about 13 km from Doari. Patpara is 22 km away while the district headquarters, Sidhi is around 50 km north.
Mara Caves(14 km north-east) and Govind Vallabh Pant Sagar Dam are some interesting sites, which are easily accessible from this place. Majgaon is also an ideal base for trekking enthusiasts.
