Dhapewada




Dhapewada is a renowned pilgrim center of Vidarbha, near Nagpur in Maharashtra. The fame of the place is evident from its title as the Pandharpur of Vidarbha. There's a famous Vithoba Temple at Dhapewada, on the banks of a stream named Chandrabhaga. Dedicated to Lord Krishna, it is believed that this temple has been built at a site that was earlier a Sun temple.
