Darwha




Darwha is a taluk headquarters town situated 21 km south-west of Ner, in Yavatmal District. It is 23 km north-east of Digras and about 37 km south-east of Karanja in Washim District. Singad is 35 km south-west while Yavatmal - the district headquarters – is around 45 km towards the north-east.

Painganga Wildlife Sanctuary and Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary are choice getaways for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts alike. Mahadeo Temple in Moho village, Chintamani of Kalamb, Shri Ranganath Swami Temple at Wani, Sahastrakund Waterfalls, the Jain pilgrim site of Karanja and Shreekshetra Pohradevi are other tourist options available in the neighborhood.
