Shri Siddhavarkoot Teerth




Shri Siddhavarkoot Teerth is a very ancient Jain temple situated among the hills at the meeting place of Narmada and Cauvery rivers. The Moolnayak idol of Shri Mahavir Bhagvan in kayotsarg posture is the main idol of this temple. The blackish stone idol is 122 centimeter in height. Shri Somsen Swamiji established the idol of Shri Chandraprabh Bhagvan. An annual function is organised from Falgun Shukla Trayodashi to Poornima. On Poornima, the Mandal Vidhaan is completed and kalash abhishek takes place with the flying past of airplanes.
