Narsingh Mandir




Narsingh Mandir is an ancient temple situated in Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh. Narsinghpur is about 84 km west of Jabalpur.

It was here in one of the rooms of the temple, Colonel Sleeman trapped some of the Thuggee leaders who were engaged in killing the travellers on the national highway by strangling with a yellow scarf for satisfying the bloodthirsty Goddess Kali.
