Rajgarh District




Rajgarh district is situated in the north-west part of Madhya Pradesh. It spreads over an area of 6,154 sq km with a population of 1.3 million. The Newaj and Parbati are the main rivers.

Biora, Talen, Kotra, Napanera, and Ghurel are the historically important places. Narsinghgarh town, nearly 300 years old, the 1000-year-old village Biora Mandu, the wildlife sanctuary at Narsinghgarh are some of the tourist attractions. Shyamji Sanka Temple and Jalpamata Temple are the other interesting spots.
