Karimbam is a picturesque hamlet in
Taliparamba taluk of
Kannur District, in
Kerala. It lies about 3 km east of Taliparamba and 25 km north-east of
Kannur.
Small mountains and numerous hills are part of this natural landscape. The calm and serene atmosphere attracts lots of tourists. Kurumathur Arya Vaidya Sala (an ayurvedic treatment center) and Sir Syed College are the main landmarks. The District Agricultural Farm situated here is famous for different varieties of Mango cultivation.
Karimbam can be easily accessed by buses from Taliparamba and Kannur. The nearest railhead is Kannur Railway Station. Calicut Airport is the closest airport.
