Kattil Madom Temple




Kattil Madom Temple is a small granite structure located at Thrithala, on the Pattambi-Guruvayoor road. It is a Buddhist monument built around the 10th century. The monument stands as an architectural wonder, which marks the transaction from the Chola to Pandya style. Pakkanar Memorial, a tribute to the Pariah saint, is located nearby.

Thrithala is about 75 km from Palakkad. Pattambi Railway Station is about 19 km from Thrithala.
