Sri Garuda Temple

Sri Garuda Temple is situated near the Cochin Thirumala Devaswom Temple at Gosripuram in Ernakulam District, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Lord Garuda, the king of birds and the sacred vehicle of Lord Vishnu. The specialty of the temple is the size of the idol. The height of the idol is around 6 ft.

The temple can be easily approached from Kochi. Ernakulam Junction Railway Station, an important rail junction on the Southern Railways, is the nearest railhead.
