Karanakode

Karanakode is a small town located in the outskrits of Ernakulam town. It is about 3 km north of Ernakulam town near Thammanam. Karanakode is famous for the Shri Venkatachalapathy Temple, dedicated to Venkatachalapathy.

Cochin International Airport, Ernakulam Junction Railway Station and Ernakulam Town Railway Station are the major access points. Auto-rickshaws, taxis and local buses are available for local transport.
