Harippad




A famous religious center for Hindus, Harippad is an attractive place in Alappuzha District, Kerala. Shri Subramanya Swamy Temple, an old and famed temple of Lord Subramanya, is located here. Payippad, where the famous snake-boat race is held during Onam, is 3 km from Harippad town. Mannarasala temple is also a neighboring place of tourist and religious interest. Harippad is easily accessible from Trivandrum International Airport (135 km) and from Cochin international airport (130 km).
