Maveli Express



Maveli Express runs between Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station in Kerala and Mangalore Junction Railway Station in Karnataka. The train is named to commemorate Maveli (also called ‘Mahabali’), a mythical ruler believed to have ruled Kerala. It covers a distance of 620 km. Second A/C and sleeper class coaches are available.

Train number 6603: Mangalore to Thiruvananthapuram, leaves Mangalore on Tuesday and Friday at 22:00 hrs.
Train number 6604: Thiruvananthapuram to Mangalore, leaves Thiruvananthapuram on Wednesday and Saturday at 19:00 hrs.
