Shertalai Railway Station

Shertalai Railway Station, also spelt Cherthala Railway Station, is on the railway line that connects Ernakulam and Kayamkulam. Alappuzha-Kannur Express, Netravati Express, Ahilyanagari Express, Thiruvananthapuram-Bangalore Express, Thiruvananthapuram-Ernakulam Express and Maveli Express are the main train connections.

The station is managed by the Southern Railways. Mararikulam Railway Station is to the south of Shertalai Railway Station. Traveling north, Turavur Railway Station is the main station next to Cherthala.
