Tirumala Devaswom Temple, popularly known as the Old Tirumala temple, is situated about 1 km north of the KSRTC bus stand, Alappuzha. The main deity Lord Venkatachalapathy is seen flanked by goddess Lakshmi Devi and Bhoomi Devi.
Subshrines for Mahalakshmi, Hanuman, Garuda and Ganapati are seen inside the temple complex. A community hall, also used as a wedding hall, is also available.
