Salotgi

Salotgi is a small town in Bijapur District of Karnataka and is around 52 km north-east of Bijapur.

This place once had a temple school adjacent to the temple of Traipurushadeva. The school was considered the earliest temple school and was popular from AD 945 to AD 1141. Indi, Jain pilgrim center, is 6 km away.
