Someshwar

Lying at the base of Western Ghats, Someshwar is a town on the eastern border of Udupi District in Karnataka. Also spelt as Somaishwar, this place is 22 km west of Sringeri and 10 km east of Hebri.

Udupi is around 55 km south-west. Mangalore Airport, 61 km south-west, is the nearest airport and the railhead is Udupi Railway Station. State Highway 25 A connects this town with Agumbe.
