Train number 7429, Rayalaseema Express, runs between Hyderabad Deccan Railway Station in Andhra Pradesh and Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus Railway Station at Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Main towns on the way are Vikarabad, Tandur, Kurgunta, Nalwar, Yadgir, Raichur, Adoni, Gooty, Cuddapah, Tirupati, Bellary, Hospet, Koppal, Gadag, Hubli, Dharwad, Londa, Belgaum, Raybag and Miraj. The train leaves Hyderabad at 17:25 hrs.

Train number 7430, Rayalaseema Express, runs between Tirupati Railway Station in Andhra Pradesh and Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus Railway Station. The train touches the towns of Cuddapah, Gooty, Adoni, Raichur, Yadgir, Nalwar, Kurgunta, Tandur, Vikarabad, Hyderabad, Bellary, Hospet, Koppal, Gadag, Hubli, Dharwad, Londa, Belgaum, Raybag and Miraj on the way. It leaves Tirupati at 19:00 hrs.

Both trains operate daily and cover a distance of 1,318 km. Second A/C and sleeper class coaches are available.
