Bandalli, also spelt Bandahalli, is a small settlement in Chamrajnagar District in Karnataka. This place, ideal for trekking, has a fort on the hill top. A temple dedicated to the local god Bettanayya and a pond are found when proceeding down the hills, on the northern side of the fort. The town of Sattegalam is 21 km west and Shivasamudram, famous for its waterfalls, is 23 km away. Mahadeshwara Hills is a pilgrim center close to Bandalli. Bandalli can be reached from Hanur, which is 11 km south. Nearest railhead is Chamarajanagar Railway Station. Bangalore International Airport is 93 km north and Salem Airport is 87 km east. Mysore is 79 km from this place.
